Kym Lindsay

Kym has over 15 years of post-acute healthcare experience.  She has served as a Speech-Language Pathologist for over 4 years at several post-acute organizations including specialty hospitals and home health care in Tulsa. 

 

For the past 10 years, she has served as the Director of Rehabilitation at a Tulsa-based specialty hospital where she leads the therapies for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.  Under her leadership, the hospital achieved Top 10 status in HCAHPS quality scores across over 110 specialty hospitals.  

 

Kym has been recognized multiple times for her leadership in operational excellence and patient-centered customer service.

Kym holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tulsa.  She is set to graduate in December 2022 with a Master of Business Administration.  Kym is licensed in Oklahoma as a Speech Language Pathologist and is a member of the ASHA Special Interest Group for Swallowing Disorders.
